Currently, we have an opening for a Microwave Software Interoperability Engineer.

Sonnet Software, a world leading developer and distributor of software for microwave/high frequency electromagnetic analysis of planar circuits, has an immediate need for an engineer who is familiar with the microwave/high frequency design process and who desires to develop and work with related software. The successful candidate will have a variety of duties depending on skill and interest. Potential duties include developing interoperability software, training and supporting customers in the use of interoperability software, and introducing prospective customers to Sonnet’s interoperability software. Amount of travel can be substantial or minimal, as desired by the candidate. It is highly desirable that the candidate be familiar with at least one microwave/high frequency design framework, for example, Agilent ADS, AWR Microwave Office, Cadence Virtuoso, or Agilent Eagleware Genesys. Some knowledge of Cadence SKILL, or Agilent AEL, or C++ is also desirable. Additional training in the use of these frameworks and programming languages will be provided as needed. Relocation to low cost-of-living, high quality-of-life central New York State is required. Relocation expenses will be paid. Full benefits are included.
