Sonnet
Education Partners worldwide (outside North America) are
eligible to receive version upgrades at no more than the cost of
shipping. If you are located outside North America, you
may choose between three upgrade methods.
Receive your Upgrade from your Local
Sonnet Software Representative.
If you have a local Sonnet Software representative, we will
have our representative contact you to provide you with an
upgrade media kit. There is no cost for the upgrade,
but the shipping and handling fees are at the discretion of
our local representatives. This is an option only if
you have a local representative; to find a local
representative please check our Representatives
page.
If you check this option, we will notify your local
representative to contact you to arrange the shipment of
your upgrade.
Electronic Download Upgrade.
You may elect to download the software directly from our FTP
site. In this case, we will not ship you the manuals
and CD. All manuals are included in the download in
Adobe Acrobat (*.PDF) format and you may print them for use
at your site. One download set is available for PC
Windows installations, and the second is for UNIX
installations. Both may be downloaded if desired.
If you decide to upgrade through electronic download, we
will ask for your point-of-contact details, and email you
the appropriate username/password to access our FTP site.
Media Shipment Upgrade.
Under this arrangement, we will ship you one Sonnet Professional media kit for each University Class I Discount Bundle that you own. You will be asked to pay the shipping fee. Each media kit contains manuals and the Sonnet Professional
CD-ROM media for PC Windows and UNIX (Sun, HP) workstations. We will ask you to provide us with appropriate shipping and point-of-contact details below if you select this option.
If you select this option, we will email you a form for either providing us with your shipping account number or your credit card authorization (credit card shipping and handling fee is USD100).
Sonnet Education Partner Upgrade Request
1. Your License ID (also called "Customer ID") may be found in existing installations by starting Sonnet, and selecting Admin->License ID from the Sonnet Task Bar (release 5.1 and higher).
