Admin => Diagnostics => Reset Hardware Key

Sonnet Task Bar - Diagnostics - Reset Hardware Key dialog box

Selecting Admin => Diagnostics => Reset Hardware Key opens a dialog box which allows you to reset your hardware key. This command should only be used under the direction of a Sonnet Representative.

The Admin => Hardware Key => Reset Hardware Key command also opens this dialog box.
