How do I convert a metal polygon to a dielectric brick?

To convert a metal polygon to a dielectric brick polygon, do the following:

1.   Click on the polygon(s) you wish to convert to dielectric brick.

2.   Select Modify => Convert to Brick from the main menu of the project editor.

The metal polygon is replaced with a dielectric brick using the default dielectric material.
