Sonnet has a great tutorial for getting started. The tutorial is valid for all Sonnet Suites, from Sonnet Lite through Sonnet Professional. It is part of the Sonnet Manual set.

The manual set comes in two forms: hard-copy and electronic (PDF). Both are identical in content. Sonnet Lite and LitePlus users must purchase the hard-copy manual separately; Level2, Level3, and Professional users receive the manual with their purchase. To view the electronic form of the tutorial, first bring up the Sonnet Task Bar, then click on Manuals button. From here, you can select the Getting Started, or more in-depth documentation.
