How do I set the cell size?

To set the cell size, perform the following:

1. Select Circuits => Box from the main menu of the project editor.

2. In the Box Settings dialog box which appears, enter the desired cell width in the X column of the Cell size entry row.

3. Enter the desired cell height in the Y column of the Cell size entry row.

4. Click on the OK button to close the dialog box and apply the new cell size.

Note:      You may also use the cell calculator that uses the critical circuit dimensions that you input to calculate the optimal cell size which provides the desired level of accuracy while using a minimum of processor resources. See Cell Size Calculator.
