Hyperlinks in the PDF documentation do not work

In some cases, the hyperlinks in the online documentation fail to open up the web page when clicked. While we have not yet found a solution to this problem, a known work around is to have your internet browser open before you click on the hyperlink in the PDF.

Symptoms

A link fails to open when clicked on in the online documentation.

The cause has not yet been determined.

Work around

Before clicking on the hyperlink in the PDF documentation, open your internet browser.
