You have the following options to ask a technical support question or report a problem:

Beginning with Sonnet Suites Release 10, You can easily ask questions and send project files to your technical support representative directly from within the Sonnet Project Editor. Open the project you'd like to send and select the File => Send to Sonnet... menu item.
